  2. A lot of these are way off base. The Pentagons address is actually in DC, not VA. The hamburger wasn’t invented in Texas, it was invented in Connecticut. The KFC thing in Utah is half right. The first location ever for KFC was in Corbin, TN in 1930. Utah is the location of the first franchised KFC. Now, the hotdog wasn’t even invented in this country, let alone Ohio. Although that is up for debate by most folks. But the idea of the hotdog was conceived in Germany. Did you just Google most of this stuff and just print the first thing that came up?

    • Thank you for writing. In answer to your question, no I just didn’t pick the first thing I saw on Google. The pentagon in on Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Arlington County Va. according to Postal records. The hamburger has been reported to have been invented in SEVERAL parts of the country. However, the most popular theory is it originated in Texas…The Hot dog I’ll give you as I too believe it came from Germany. No one however REALLY knows….

    • When you’re RIGHT, you’re Right Rhianna, I have included Nevada—
Nevada was made famous by the 1859 discovery of the Comstock Lode, the richest known U.S. silver deposit. Nevada is the largest gold-producing state in the nation. It is second in the world behind South Africa. Nevada is the gambling and entertainment capital of the United States.
Also, Many people at that time were working on the development of the TV. Francis Jenkins was one of them, and like Baird, (Scottish Inventor), both came up with the same system in 1928.
Thank you for your imput, I like a person who is sharp like yourself, oh, and thank you for correcting me on Nevada… Come see me again…
      xx
