A Walk Among The Tombstones–Movie Review–

Stars: Liam Neeson, Dan Stevens, and Brian Bradley
Directed by: Frank Scott
In Theaters everywhere
Running Time: 1 HR 57Min.

Liam Neeson stars as Mathew Scudder, a retired alcoholic cop, now doing P.I. work anywhere he can. When he is hired by a drug dealer, (Dan Stevens), to help find the men who kidnapped and murdered his wife, Mat. Initially declines the 40K offer, but later decides to help after he learns how brutally she was tortured and killed.
Along the way, he runs into a homeless kid, (TJ), played by Brian Bradley, who tags along for the ride as a little comic relief in this action driven, violent film. Believe me, you NEED TJ here to help break up some of the tense, hand gripping, teeth grinding moments in this movie.
Neeson, 62, STILL does a wonderful job of playing this lonesome, rough and tough character. No way you are gonna stop this hard hitting, determined PI to get his man.The bad guys on the other hand, seem to always be one step ahead, and do whatever they can to thwart this smart PI.
Lots of twist and turns and some exciting hair on your head type moments. All in all, this is one I would definitely catch.
