Hark, listen closely to the silent whispers of Nature’s majesty.
Only the sounds of grasshoppers chirping like locusts on the hunt,
The wind as it whistles through the trees,
And the coming of dusk, as the day concedes its time.
Silence hums through the corners of my mind.
Alone, so quiet, only the sound of breathing is heard from a beating heart.
I sit by a raging fire and contemplate the mysteries of life,
Only to return to the crackling fire, but without the solutions I so desperately crave.
